CLIENT:

Rockstar Energy Drink and Elliot Sloan (professional skateboarder and X Games medalist)

OBJECTIVE:

Create and produce a professional Vert Ramp Skateboard competition and backyard BBQ party reminiscent of skateboarding competitions of the 1980s. Work with host Elliot Sloan to identify invited athletes and industry guests. Invite and entertain nearly 800-1200 guests in a 10 hour window.

SERVICES:

• Restoration of custom built vert ramp

• Cleaning and prep of ramp surface and viewing areas

• Cleaning and prep of surrounding landscape for spectator viewing

• Coordinate and organize all vendor services and deliveries including:

- Video production for live stream

- Emcee voice of skateboarding

- Carpenters and craftsmen

- Caterers F&B

- Insurance needs

- City services: police, fire, medic, waste, security

- Community communications
